They quite literally never answer the phone. I have called multiple times throughout multiple days and at multiple times of day with no answer. I even showed up and was told I’d need to come back another day because they were “completely booked” for the next few days even though there was absolutely no one in the auto center and one car inside the shop with multiple mechanics around. You’d expect it would be a lot easier just to get an oil change in such a big company.

This tire center is terrible. They installed the wrong size tire. And then they made me order the wrong tires that dont even fit my car.

I bought tires a few months ago with road hazard protection. I need a new tire after one got damaged from a pothole. They told me to order a replacement online and ship it to the store. I tried but the tires I bought just a few months ago have apparently been discontinued because they can’t be ordered anymore. I call back. They say they can figure out a different replacement for me but they won’t do it over the phone. They say I have to come to the shop. I go to the shop and they just scroll on the iPad for a couple minutes before saying they don’t know what replacement to get and then they tell me I me I have to go figure it out myself. I didn’t know I was supposed to have more tire knowledge than the tire shop guys!!! Ridiculous. I will not be returning to this shop and I will probably never buy Walmart tires again after this experience

Had an appointment at 6pm on Wednesday. I showed up on time, only to be told the technicians were “leaving for the day” and that I should come back Thursday at 11:30am. Fine. I rearranged my schedule and came back early at 11:20am. Now it’s THREE HOURS later, and guess what? My car still isn’t done. All I needed was four tires replaced—tires that I brought in myself. How does it take three hours (after an appointment!) to do something this simple? This place has zero respect for people’s time. Completely unprofessional, totally disorganized, and definitely not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

I had a positive experience with timelines and customer service. My car was taken back immediately and my oil was changed in less than twenty minutes. Brian at the auto register was very pleasant too.
